Ideas Into Impact
Jane Nakayama is a Licensed Professional Teacher and educational leader with 16 years of experience across public elementary, junior high, and high schools, as well as IB international schools. Currently teaching high school English in Okinawa, she is also the founder of Class Venture.
Jane specializes in competency-based curriculum development, IB-inspired inquiry-based learning frameworks, and digital learning design. She holds a TEFL certification alongside digital marketing credentials from the University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU). To further advance and innovate education through modern instructional design, she is currently pursuing her Master in Distance Education at UPOU, combining deep pedagogical expertise with forward-thinking, technology-driven learning solutions.
